					When our 40 year old sunroom was destroyed in a storm a few years ago, we hired Sunrooms Northwest to replace it.  After getting quotes from several vendors, we felt that the product they were offering was better than the other vendors, and the price was very reasonable. We were very happy with the work they did - happy enough that a couple years later we hired them to replace all of our other windows.  The windows were very good quality, and the price was very competitive.

While the process and getting all the parts ordered takes time, once parts arrived they were efficient and professional.  Tyler and his team are great to work with, and they do quality work.  Punch list items were dealt with quickly, and we felt great about the whole process.

A contractor who does good work, reliably, at a good price is a rare treasure.  I would absolutely recommend Sunrooms Northwest to other homeowners for sunroom or window work.  - 2/17/2025

					We replaced an old sunroom that was starting to fail.  Sunrooms Northwest came to our home, reviewed our existing sunroom site and then gave us an estimate to replace the room and update our deck and stairs to the sunroom.  We liked what they offered an accepted their quote.  When their staff arrived to remove our old sunroom, they explained the process, and then proceeded to remove and erect our new sunroom.  They were careful of our property, kept us informed of their activities, and proceeded with the project.  We didn't watch much of the work, but that which I did watch, showed an amazing level of expertise, and their attention to detail was amazing.  The project is now done, and we are starting to enjoy our new sunroom.  I recommend anyone looking for a sunroom to contact Sunrooms Northwest to see what they can do for your needs. 					We hired them for our mini sunroom. They were efficient, the materials were high quality and the cost was in the mid range. They took care of the city permits and made sure we have all the materials delivered on time.

Fast forward 2 years we called them to fix a leakage issue in our sunroom and they did not respond. Will update this thread if they do.

					Overall my husband and I are very happy with our experience. They were one of several contractors we had come out to give us an estimate to replace our sunroom and no one else said yes or their estimate was extremely high.They lost a star because the phone number on their website leads to a call center where the people have no clue what is going on in the business. The direct contact we did have kept promising we would be put on the schedule and that the owner would call and he never did. Eventually, when we pushed for a commitment we got scheduled the next day. When they got here, everyone was extremely professional and friendly and they really knew what they were doing. We love the work they did and can see the quality.  Sunrooms Northwest is definitely the way to go if you want a new sunroom or need one fixed. 					I recently hired sunrooms Northwest to have a sunroom addition built to our house. All the people i interacted with, the people who came to build the sunroom,sales,customer care, all were very professional, honest and respectful.

The construction was done cleanly, according to county standards, sturdy and on time. And it was exactly as we had imagined it will be.

Expect around 4 months since the time you sign the agreement to actual build time because 1. Need to get permit from city or county 2. Need to order parts after permit is granted. Other than these 2 factors, which they communicated to us clearly, it will be done in time.
